(YES) Youth Employment Service Programme

 

FEM is committed to supporting efforts aimed at building an inclusive South African economy through supporting the (YES) Youth Employment Service Programme. The YES Programme is a business-led collaboration with government which seeks to reduce youth unemployment across private and public sectors.

 

Our objective is to give 5 opportunities to South African youth to develop new skills and gain workplace experience, over a 12-month period which will in turn significantly improve their chances of finding long-term employment post the programme. We have opportunities within our Pensions, Claims, Quality Assurance and Registry departments.

 

The minimum requirements for the programme are:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must hold a valid ID document
  • Must have a valid matric certificate
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old
  • Must belong to a designated group

 

Preference will be given to candidates with Administration or any related qualification.
